By accessing or interacting with our servers, services, websites, or the Runner App, you agree to these Terms of Use (TOU). Runner is a platform operated by Runner Technologies LLC, designed to connect users with various services. If you are accessing Runner on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to agree to these TOU on behalf of that business.

License and Use of Services

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-assignable license to use Runner in compliance with the TOU. You agree not to misuse Runner's content or services, and not to engage in any unauthorized collection of user data. Any misleading, unsolicited, or unlawful postings or communications are prohibited.

User Responsibilities

As a user, you are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for ensuring that your use of Runner's services does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. You agree not to misuse Runner's platform for any illegal or harmful activities.

Limitation of Liability

Runner acts as an intermediary and is not liable for any damages or issues arising from interactions or transactions with service providers sourced through our platform. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of services or products provided by third parties.

Liquidated Damages

In case of a violation of these TOU, you agree to the stipulated liquidated damages, which are intended as a reasonable estimate of our damages for specific violations related to the misuse of Runner.

Fees and Charges

You authorize us to charge your account for services sourced via Runner. Fees are non-refundable and are applicable even for moderated requests

Disclaimer & Liability

Runner Technologies LLC and its affiliates disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of Runner, limited to the greater of $100 or the amount paid by you in the year preceding the loss.

Claims & Indemnity

Claims related to Runner are governed by the laws of Wyoming and will be resolved in its courts. You agree to indemnify Runner Entities from third-party claims relating to your use of Runner.

Intellectual Property and Trademarks

All content and branding associated with Runner are the property of Runner Technologies LLC. RUNNER, "RUNNER APP," and the Runner logo are registered trademarks.

Miscellaneous

This TOU is the entire agreement between us unless otherwise specified. Key sections like USE, LIQUIDATED DAMAGES, and CLAIMS & INDEMNITY survive the termination of these TOU.
